Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Chicken Salad
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mashed avocado, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stir well until all ingredients are fully incorporated. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Step 2: Assemble the Wrap
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface or plate.
- Spread 1/4 of the chicken salad mixture evenly across the center of the tortilla.
- Layer the mixed greens, shredded carrots, cucumber slices, red onion (if using), and feta cheese (if desired) on top of the chicken salad.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly, burrito-style.
Step 3: Serve and Enjoy
- Slice the wrap in half for easy serving or presentation.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley if desired. Serve immediately with lemon wedges for an extra burst of freshness.
