Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

Step 2: Prepare the Chicken

  1. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels to help the seasoning stick better. Place the chicken breasts or thighs in the prepared baking dish in a single layer.

Step 3: Season the Chicken

  1. Drizzle olive oil or melted butter over the chicken, ensuring each piece is evenly coated.
