  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional, for added depth)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken pieces with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil. Once hot, add the chicken pieces in a single layer. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and fully cooked through. Avoid overcrowding the pan; cook in batches if necessary.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Step 2: Make the Garlic Butter Sauce

  1. In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.
  2. Return the cooked chicken bites to the skillet and toss to coat them in the garlic butter sauce. Cook for another 1-2 minutes to infuse the flavors.
  3. Garnish with fresh parsley and set aside, keeping the skillet warm.

Step 3: Cook the Pasta

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining the rest.
  2. Drain the pasta and set aside.
