Instructions

Step 2: Make the Cream Cheese Mixture
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, grated Parmesan, sour cream (if using), Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Use a hand mixer or a spatula to blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a lighter texture, add a bit more sour cream or Greek yogurt.
Step 3: Stuff the Celery
- Using a small spoon or a piping bag, fill each celery stick with the cream cheese mixture. Spread it evenly to fill the groove of the celery.
