For the Stir-Fry:
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 lb ground beef (or thinly sliced beef)
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, carrots, snap peas)
- 1 pack (8 oz) dried noodles (e.g., ramen or udon), cooked according to package instructions
- 2 tbsp green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Set aside.
- Cook the Beef: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a wooden spoon as it cooks. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add onions and mixed vegetables. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Combine Ingredients: Return the beef to the pan and pour in the sauce. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
- Add Noodles: Gently toss in the cooked noodles, ensuring they are thoroughly mixed with the beef and sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
- Serve: Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
